Sunday Morning Inside the Worship Center...
Upon entering the Worship Center upper level, you will notice a Welcome Center to your left and smiling Greeters ready to say hello and help you find your way around the church campus. You may visit the Guest Kiosk, which will be to your right upon entering, to receive valuable information designed just for you, our guests!  Check out our Café for coffee and a relaxing place to fellowship with our church community. . 

Be sure to let us know you visited by:
Filling out a communication card, a tear-off card located in the Worship bulletin.
Asking us questions - we love to answer them!

Finding Us
Enter the church parking lot from either Brookstone Drive or WT Harris Boulevard and you will find signs directing you to the Guest parking, located in the Upper parking lot.  If you are looking for a meeting, or the adult Sunday school classrooms you will want to park in the Lower paring lot and walk into the Church Office entrance. If you are looking for youth or children Sunday school classrooms, you will want to park in the Lower parking lot, closest to the Disciple Center and enter that building.

While we believe there are many unique things about UCUMC, we hope you will find our warm, welcoming
 attitude towards our guests sets us apart.  Many of us remember how it felt to be a newcomer to church, and we want to make your time with us comfortable and inviting.  Our hope is that you will know that you are always welcome here just as you are, whether you have been away from church for a while, or never affiliated with any church. Whether you're married, single, divorced, or in transition, you truly matter to us because you matter to God. Once you enter the church parking lot from either Brookstone Drive or WT Harris Boulevard, you will find Guest reserved parking in the upper level parking lot, closest to the front doors of the Worship Center.  Lower level parking leads to the Adult Sunday school classrooms (Lower Level Worship Center) and Children and Youth Sunday school classrooms (Disciple Center).  CLICK HERE for campus map.

Upon entering the building, you will notice our Guest Information kiosk and smiling Greeters ready to say hello and help you find your way around the church campus.  We will gladly walk with you to show you where you may need to go on campus. Visit the Guest Café  designed just for you, our guests!

New Members Class - April 22 thru May 13

Our New Member class begins Sunday, April 22 -May 13. Class is 8:15-9:30am in the Café with new members joining on May 20. Please e-mail Kathleen  at adminsupport@ucumc.org to sign up. Childcare available.


24 Hour Prayer Vigil  - Friday, April 20 (8pm) thru Saturday, April 21 (8pm)

Please note that we will all meet together in the UCUMC Chapel at 7pm on Saturday, April 21, to close out the Prayer Vigil together. 

Sunday Morning Prayer  - Sunday, April 22 & 29

Join us at 8am in Room 108 (lower level of the sanctuary building) for a time of prayer.

Guided Prayer - April 25, 6:30pm

 We will have one opportunity for guided prayer on Wednesday, April 25 at 6:30pm in the UCUMC Chapel.




The UCUMC Youth invite you to the FUSION 10 Year Reunion next Sunday, April 29 at the 9:45 & 11am worship services. 


State of the Church Meeting -Sunday, April 29 & May 2

A State of the Church Meeting will be held on Sunday, April 29, at 4pm in the Sanctuary.  The purpose of this meeting will be to help everyone better understand how we move forward in light of all the change and transition we have experienced over the past several months.  




Sew and Sews Garden Party - May 6, 10:30am-12:30pm

Come see the beautiful Celebration Garden in Bloom! Enjoy a cookie & glass of lemonade.  The Sew & Sews will have a selection of Mother’s Day gifts for sale.Kids can shop for inexpensive gifts for their favorite ladies.



Children's Spring Musical: Star Quest - May 9, 6:30pm

Join us for our Children’s Spring Musical: Star Quest, featuring the Little Lambs, Chimes, and WAMC ensembles. Come and support our children as they share God’s word through music and drama.


Church Council Meeting - May 14, 6:30pm, in the Chapel

Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting.




Youth Missions Golf Tournament - May 19, 9am

Come join us May 19, for a morning on the links to benefit this year’s Youth Mission Trip to Mexico!

Shot Gun Start begins at 9am. Cost is $90 per person and includes golf, cart, a bucket of range balls, raffle prizes, and boxed lunch. Breakfast provided by Chick-fil-A. Senior Sunday - Sunday, June 10, 11am 

Families of high school & college seniors, UCUMC would like to honor your High School and College graduating seniors on Sunday, June 10, at the 11am worship service.

If your student would like to participate, please send the following information to Megan Giles by May 1st:

  • Your student’s name as you would like it to appear in the bulletin
  • The school they are graduating from
  • The school that they will attend or other plans for after graduation (high school) Degree Completed (college)

Weekday School Summer Camp

Coming Summer 2018 . . . VBS Rolling River Rampage!

 This summer we will take our kids on an awesome adventure!  VBS Rolling River Rampage invites children on a white-water rafting adventure to experience the ride of a lifetime with God! Along the river, children discover that life with God is an adventure full of wonder and surprise and that they can trust God to be with them through anything. Relevant music, exciting science, creative crafts, fun recreation, and memorable Bible stories will help kids know that God is always with them as they ride the rapids of amazing grace!

Wednesday Night Live - Last WNL until Fall is May 9

Wednesday Night Live is designed to be an experience of gathering together to enjoy company, serve our city, and discuss issues facing everyone today.  Each week at 5:15pm, we gather in our Gym for a free dinner, then we break out around the campus of University City United Methodist Church to experience all of what Wednesday Night Live has to offer.  

 Café Conversations

  • Participate in a monthly service project that will impact our city in a positive way.
  • Sign up for relevant classes dealing with necessary issues.
  • WAMC - Worship Ministry for Children
  • FUSION Youth Ministry 
  • And there’s even more!
