This volunteer opportunity is special. You need to be able to connect with people from the community, people that you don't know and talk to them. There is no age or stage cap on this volunteer opportunity because we can all be disciples. If you don't hesitate to connect with people around you then this is the job for you.
- Sing Designated Carols
- Will Sing for 25-30 minute
- Mary/Joseph/Angel/Shepherds/Baby Jesus
- Act as your assigned character
- Monitor Behavior
- Assist with Hand Sanitizing
- Manage Lines
- You will not be responsible for animal care.
- Arrange chair/floor seating
- Help families find seats
- Keep walkways clear
- Help with spills/trash
- Make sure children aren't left unattended
- Prepare Cocoa
- Arrange Cookies
- Welcome People
- Chat with families
- Maintain order of craft station
- Restock craft supplies
- Bathroom break fill-in
- Guide people
- Troubleshoot issues
- Relieve a tired volunteer
- Help with line management
- Clean up as needed
- Set up Welcome Canopy
- Set up Nativity scene
- Help arrange seating in movie lounge
- Mark lines for various activities
- Prepare the connection cafe.
- Stage water/snacks for volunteers
- Clean up all areas
- Take trash to the dumpster
- Put away costumes, craft supplies, leftover cookies
- Throw out cocoa and wash containers
- Reset the Movie Lounge into the Gathering Space
- Take down signage
